Options & Rates for Vancouver Salmon Fishing Charters
Rates include fuel, gear, bait, tackle, & cleaning/bagging of your catch.
5% GST tax will be added at time of payment.
Fishing licenses & gratuities not included in the above pricing.
Rates listed in Canadian Dollars.
8 - 10 hour trips typically target multiple locations that are more remote & not offered on shorter duration charters. A 10 hour trip is required to target the gulf islands fishery.
Bookings are secured with a $200 deposit (refundable with minimum 14 days notice).
Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will be determined by the captain at which time there will be the option for a full refund or rescheduling to an alternate date.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests between our two boats. For larger groups and corporate functions, we are happy to coordinate additional boats from our network of expert guides to meet your needs. Give us a call for additional details.
Traps for fresh Dungeness Crab and West Coast Spot Prawns are dropped on charters of 7 hour duration or longer, when in season. For crab, the peak season usually runs from January until the end of June. For prawns, the best opportunities are typically November through until the end of May.

Selecting a Charter
Maximize your fishing opportunities with our range of charter options. Our 8-10 hour charters provide your captain with flexibility to target different locations and tides, increasing your chances of hooking into fish. For the ultimate experience, choose a 10-hour charter and fish across two tide changes, accessing more remote locations.
Short on time? Our 7-hour trip still offers the chance to travel between a few locations and target a tide change. The 6-hour charter is perfect for a scenic excursion with family, friends, or co-workers while still providing a good opportunity to catch fish. And our 5-hour charter can prove productive for mature returning fish from mid August to early October. When in season, drop traps on the way to the fishing grounds for Dungeness crabs and spot prawns on our 7 - 10 hour charters. (Prawns ~ November - May) (Crabs ~ January - June) |
Departure Times
Generally, charters leave the dock at 7am. Departure times can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule. The captain may suggest a departure time designed to target a specific tide change that has proven productive from prior trips. 5 & 6 hour charters are also available with afternoon departures between 1-3pm depending on sunset.
